How long does it take for delivery?
Delivery time is generally under 5 workings days for orders that include engraved items.
Please note during our busiest period from Nov 20 until Christmas all orders placed before Dec 15th have guaranteed delivery on or before Dec 23th.
Cost of shipping
Shipping is $7 and sent via Express Post. For more information on shipping please see our delivery page.

All our items can be worn together. We love simple jewellery that compliments each other.
Yes, you can mix and match pendants of different shapes and and colours, for the perfect look.
Will the engraved pendant look exactly like my design?
The custom designer on our website will help you picture what your engraving will look like. Please note that this is a drawing not an engraving. Our engraver will endeavour to match your design closely but it will not be exactly the same. In general, the engraving will be centralised on the pendant, and be approximately 8mm wide. For example, the maximum engraving area is set to be no more that 10mm x 10mm on circular pendants.
